Collateral factor will vary depending on the NFT collection floor stability. The factor will be up to 60%.
If you are using Armored Doge collection as a collateral, you will be able to borrow up to 75% of the floor price. Also while your Armored Doge is used as a collateral it will be staked so you will also earn rewards from staking in $PARTS token.
